- On full replacements in Lexington and Richland counties, we pull the permits.
- Your insurance deductible stays yours. Waiving it is insurance fraud in South Carolina.

- Every roof is different, so we give you a free written estimate after we inspect the house. The estimate lists the scope, the materials, and the price. A figure from a phone call or a photo misses what we can only see up there.
- How long does a replacement take?
- Most residential replacements take 1–2 days, up to 3 if the roof is complex. That is typical, not a guarantee for every house.
- Shingles or metal?
- We install both. Architectural shingles typically run 25–30 years, with 130-mph wind-rated options. Metal, standing seam or metal shingles, typically runs 40–60 years. We will tell you which one the house needs after we see it.
- Repair or replace?

- No. We will never waive your deductible, because that is insurance fraud in South Carolina. We assess and document storm damage and work with your claim with the deductible intact.
