Roof repair and emergency calls
If the roof is under 15 years old and the leak is in one place, we will usually repair it. Emergencies, including after hours, use the same number: (803) 265-5645.
A repair is the right job when the rest of the roof still has life and the failure is local: a flashing, a pipe boot, a few shingles, a valley. It is the wrong job when the field is tired. At 20 years or more, with problems in more than one place, we will tell you replacement is the honest scope. We would rather say that on the visit than sell a patch that will not hold.
Emergencies
Active leaking is the emergency. Call (803) 265-5645. Monday through Saturday we are in the office 7 AM to 5 PM, and emergency roofing after those hours uses the same number. We answer within one business day. We still look at the house before we write the price — a tarp or a dry-in is not a phone quote for a new roof.

- When is a repair enough?
- Under 15 years old with one isolated leak, we will usually repair it. At 20 or older with trouble across the roof, we will tell you it is time to replace it.
- Do you take emergency calls?
- Yes. Emergency roofing after hours uses (803) 265-5645, the same number as the Monday–Saturday 7-to-5 office line.
- Will you quote the repair over the phone?
- No. We look at the house in person, then the estimate is written. A dollar figure from a call or a photo is not reliable.
- Is a leak always an insurance claim?
- No. An isolated leak on a younger roof is often a repair you pay for directly. Storm damage across the roof is the claim conversation, and we will not waive the deductible.
- How fast do you answer?
- We answer within one business day.
