Those week-counts are typical, not a promise. A small bath and a kitchen that needs the subfloor are different jobs, which is why the schedule and the price live on the written estimate after we see the room.
Paint at the end can be ours too — interior and exterior. If the project is really an added room, that is construction, framed and tied back into the roof.
