Exterior work in Lexington and Columbia is the second half of what a roofing company should be willing to finish. A new field of shingles over rotten fascia, or a deck that was an afterthought, is how houses stay half-done. We take siding, decks and porches, gutters, and windows and exterior doors as their own jobs or inside a larger one. The crew is based in Pelion.
When the conversation is siding, fiber cement is the material we recommend. That is a recommendation, not a claim that every house we have ever touched got it, and not a brand certification. Trim, stairs, and porches are framed and finished to the written scope.

- No. We look at the house first. The estimate is written.
- Who does the work?
- Ole South, based in Pelion. George Boulware leads the construction. You are not handed to a separate siding franchise.
