This page says what the estimate form collects and what this website measures. It is a plain description, not a lawyer’s privacy policy.
The estimate form
The form on this site asks for your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code, plus which part of the house the job is and a short note. We use that to call or email you about a visit and a written estimate. The request is emailed to Ole South Roofing & Construction at wbrianjolly@olesouthrc.com. The company that operates this website also receives a copy so the message is delivered.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits — pages people open, roughly where a visit comes from, and similar measurement. That is Google’s tool, on Google’s terms. The public site loads one Google tag with two measurement IDs so an older property and the current one both record. Preview copies of the site used by staff are not tagged.
What we don’t do here
We don’t ask for a Social Security number, a credit card, or an insurance policy number on this form. We don’t publish a street address. We don’t sell a mailing list from this page. We have not written a retention schedule or a formal privacy policy reviewed by a lawyer; if you want something deleted, call (803) 265-5645 or email wbrianjolly@olesouthrc.com and ask.
