Financing, stated plainly
We do not advertise a financing partner, a payment plan, or a monthly price. The number you can hold us to is the free written estimate after we see the house.
A lot of roofing sites lead with “as low as” and a lender’s logo. This one doesn’t, because that offer is not something Ole South publishes. If you need to talk about how you will pay, ask when we are at the house. We will not invent a bank, an interest rate, or a term here.
What we will put in writing is the work: scope, materials, and price, after we have looked. That applies to a replacement, a kitchen, a bath, and the rest of the list. We also will not use financing language to blur an insurance deductible. The deductible is yours. Waiving it is fraud in South Carolina.
If a payment plan matters to the decision, say so on the estimate request or when you call (803) 265-5645. We answer within one business day.
