Kitchen remodeling

A kitchen we take on typically runs four to eight weeks. Cabinets, floors, and trim are the same crew from demo to done. You get a written estimate after we see the room — not a price from a picture of a cabinet you liked.

Remodeled open kitchen with island seating, black range hood, and white cabinets
A kitchen we finished.

The kitchens in our photographs are jobs we finished: one with white cabinets and butcher block, one with a black range hood and an island, one with teal cabinets and LVP running into the living room. They are not a catalog. Your layout, what is behind the drywall, and whether the floor is level are why we have to stand in the room.

Flooring can be hardwood, LVP, or tile. We do not publish cabinet lines or a design fee. If the kitchen is really an addition, the framing and the roof tie-in are part of that scope. Paint is available as the last trade or on its own.

Questions

How long does a kitchen take?
Typically 4–8 weeks. The schedule on your job is the one on the written estimate.
Do you design kitchens?
We scope the work in writing after we see the house. We do not publish a separate design-studio fee or a showroom brand.
What does a kitchen remodel cost?
We do not publish a range. The free written estimate is the price.
Can the same crew do the roof?
Yes. Ole South does the roof and the remodel.
