Work we photographed

Every picture on this page was taken on an Ole South job. There is a shingle roof from the ridge, a standing-seam metal roof on a Midlands ranch, two kitchens (one with a black range hood and an island, one with teal cabinets and LVP), a double vanity, a walk-in shower with glass and a bench, a pressure-treated deck beside a pool, new siding with stairs and a nine-lite door, an addition dried in and tied to an existing shingle roof, and paint through a remodel. They are not stock, and they are not a menu.

How to read them

A roof picture shows the field after the work, not a street address. A kitchen or a bath shows a room we finished, with the materials that room actually got. The deck is pressure-treated wood. The siding picture is the white wall, the stairs, and the door together, which is how that exterior job was scoped. The addition is mid-build: framed, wrapped, and tied into the old roof. If you want to know what your house needs, the photograph is the proof of work. The visit is the scope.

What happens after you call

Call (803) 265-5645 or use the estimate form. We answer within one business day, Monday through Saturday, 7 to 5, and emergency roofing after hours uses the same number. We come to the house. You get a free written estimate: scope, materials, and price. Most roof replacements take 1–2 days, up to 3 if the roof is complex. Baths typically run 2–4 weeks. Kitchens typically run 4–8. An addition gets its own schedule on the estimate. On full roof replacements in Lexington and Richland counties, we pull the permits.
